1. Information We Collect

Shared Memo provides shared notes and reminders for couples, partners, and families. When you register, we collect your email address, password, and display name. You may create memos, reminders, shared spaces, and upload images that you actively select. To deliver reminders, we also store device push tokens, the device platform, and the push provider.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, synchronize shared-space content, provide image upload and display features, deliver reminder notifications, send registration codes, and maintain and improve the service. We do not sell personal information or use your content for targeted advertising.

3. Sharing

Memos, reminders, and images created in a shared space are visible to other members of that space. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties, except for infrastructure providers needed to operate the service. Push notifications may be delivered through Expo, Apple Push Notification service, or Firebase Cloud Messaging.

4. Storage and Security

Account data and shared content are stored on our server. We protect access using access tokens, HTTPS, and shared-space membership checks. Images are accessible only to authenticated members of the same shared space. We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account from Settings in the app. This deletes your account, memos and reminders you created, push-device information, and verification records. A shared space is deleted with your account only when you are its sole member. Data belonging to other members remains in a multi-member space. Unreferenced image files are also removed and deletion cannot be undone.

6. Photos and Notifications

The app requests photo-library access only when you actively add an image. Notification access is used to deliver reminders. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
